How long does it take to get started?

Once we evaluate your needs, we will commence work on your project immediately. We will concentrate on addressing your specific requirements. If catch-up bookkeeping is necessary, we will update your financial records as swiftly as possible, based on the extent of the backlog.

Can I hire only one service?

Yes, you can certainly hire only the specific service you need. Whether it's bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, or any other individual service, we offer flexibility to match your requirements. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll provide a tailored solution to fit your needs.

 

Can I cancel your services whenever I want it?

Yes, you can cancel our services, but please note that cancellations must be made before the 15th of each month to avoid charges for that billing cycle. If you decide to cancel, just let us know by the 15th, and we'll handle the rest.

 

What will happen if I decide to move bookkeeping in-house in the future?

Your financial data remains entirely yours, and our offboarding process is designed to be straightforward, ensuring a smooth transfer of account ownership to you. We make the transition as easy as possible, so you can seamlessly take over your bookkeeping without any hassle.

 

Which bookkeeping software do you use?

We prefer using QuickBooks Online for our bookkeeping needs, including QuickBooks Time for efficient payroll processing.

Do you year-end accounting/tax filing?

We do not offer personal tax or year-end accounting services. However, we will collaborate with your selected accountant to ensure they receive all the necessary reports for your year-end filings. If you don’t have an accountant for year-end, we’d be glad to recommend some options for you.

Do you offer tax and advisory services?

No, we are not a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) firm. However, we will collaborate closely with your auditors and year-end accountants to provide them with the necessary reports and address any questions they may have.
